This private holiday apartment stretches the entire length of the building, presenting a unique spatial challenge that we embraced with creative planning and bespoke solutions. Our design journey began with a meticulous floor plan that elegantly accommodates an entrance hall, a study nook, a separate dining room, a contemporary kitchen, and a lounge that opens directly onto a stunning pool terrace.

Design Details & Materiality

A continuous feature wall runs the length of the apartment, brought to life with imported, high-end wallpaper that instantly elevates the space. This wall is artfully segmented by two grand drinks cabinets and timeless, laser-cut ornamental frames, creating visual interest and a sense of rhythm throughout the home. The palette is light and refreshing, with offset wall colors and panelled sections adding depth and sophistication.

Custom Furnishings & Statement Pieces

Every detail is considered, from custom-made furniture to the exquisite marble dining table, crowned by a magnificent pendant light that serves as the centrepiece of the dining area. Plush seating and striking artwork infuse the living spaces with comfort and personality, while carefully curated décor ensures a cohesive, luxurious feel.
