This project began with a full-scale renovation, stripping the apartment down to its core and rebuilding with a vision of dark, dramatic elegance. Every surface was renewed - from the floors and ceilings to custom wall finishes and bespoke joinery - creating a dynamic interior that both complements the city’s energy and offers intimate comfort.

Spatial Innovation

One of the project’s key challenges was reimagining the floor plan to maximize both flow and function, especially given the living room’s unique angles. Bedrooms were redesigned to feature en-suite bathrooms, aligning with modern expectations for luxury and convenience.

A rich, moody palette sets the tone, with custom wallpapers, tinted mirrors, and copper accents infusing the space with opulence. Sculptures and vibrant artwork provide striking focal points, while feature lighting enhances the atmosphere and highlights the apartment’s architectural details.
