The Waterfall Equestrian Estate Home:

Nestled in the prestigious landscape of Kyalami, Johannesburg, this grand estate stands as the largest and most ambitious project in our portfolio.

Originally envisioned as a French-style chateau, the design journey evolved into a sophisticated fusion of timeless elegance and modern contemporary living - each detail meticulously crafted and refined through detailed drafting and client collaboration.

Spanning six years from concept to completion, every inch of this magnificent home was custom-designed, ensuring that nothing was off-the-shelf.

From the intricate skirtings and bespoke wall colours to opulent lighting and exquisite ceiling details, no aspect was overlooked. The result is a residence that exudes both grandeur and warmth, tailored to the unique vision of its owners.

This estate boasts five luxurious en-suite bedrooms, a dedicated polo lounge, a state-of-the-art gym, formal dining room, private sauna, cinema room, and a bespoke walk-in wine cellar - each space thoughtfully curated for both comfort and indulgence.

The manicured gardens and stately façade evoke a sense of classic European charm, while the interiors reflect a seamless blend of tradition and contemporary sophistication.

At the heart of our approach is a commitment to creating spaces that elevate lifestyles and reflect individuality. Our team worked hand-in-hand with the client, perfecting every detail to ensure a harmonious balance between aesthetics and function.

The Waterfall Equestrian Estate Home is not just a residence - it is a testament to the power of vision, collaboration, and design excellence.
