Following our initial consultation and a comprehensive brief, we request your house plans in AutoCAD or DWG format to meticulously craft a bespoke furniture layout. INTERIOR DECORATION: Once we have scheduled our first consultation and received a comprehensive brief from you, we typically request the house plans in AutoCAD or DWG format. This is essential if you would Fabric to colours and textures finishing touches and styling. This detailed planning ensures optimal utilization of space, embodying your unique style with both elegance and functionality.
Cancellation Policy
Service Booking & Cancellation Policy: Booking Terms: Appointments may be scheduled up to one week in advance. Our services are exclusively available to locally based South African clients who own a home or apartment and are seeking professional interior design guidance. Paid Services: We kindly require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without prior communication, will be charged in full. Complimentary Online Consultations: A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required should you need to cancel. Clients who do not attend their scheduled session, or cancel within 24 hours, will regrettably forfeit the opportunity to book a future complimentary consultation. Rescheduling: Should you need to adjust your appointment, rescheduling is available up to 48 hours prior to your scheduled session.
