INTERIOR DECORATION Once we have scheduled our initial consultation and received a comprehensive project brief, we typically request your architectural drawings in AutoCAD or DWG format. These original files allow us to develop meticulously considered furniture layouts and spatial planning solutions tailored specifically to your home. This detailed planning forms the foundation of the decoration process, guiding the selection of furniture, fabrics, colour palettes, lighting, artwork, accessories and bespoke styling elements. Every decision is carefully considered to ensure each space is both beautifully composed and highly functional, reflecting your individual lifestyle and aesthetic.
Cancellation Policy
Service Booking & Cancellation Policy: Booking Terms: Appointments may be scheduled up to one week in advance. Our services are exclusively available to locally based South African clients who own a home or apartment and are seeking professional interior design guidance. Paid Services: We kindly require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without prior communication, will be charged in full.
