At SODA ATELIER, our Interior Design Professionally Qualified service transforms your vision into reality through tailored design proposals and meticulous planning. We explore inspirational concepts and deliver a detailed PDF proposal in 1-2 weeks, ensuring your project's styling reflects your unique taste. Our collaborative approach includes off-site team briefing meetings for site assessments and sourcing, ensuring every detail aligns with your needs for a stunning, cohesive space.
Cancellation Policy
Service Booking & Cancellation Policy: Booking Terms: Appointments may be scheduled up to one week in advance. Our services are exclusively available to locally based South African clients who own a home or apartment and are seeking professional interior design guidance. Paid Services: We kindly require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without prior communication, will be charged in full. Complimentary Online Consultations: A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required should you need to cancel. Clients who do not attend their scheduled session, or cancel within 24 hours, will regrettably forfeit the opportunity to book a future complimentary consultation. Rescheduling: Should you need to adjust your appointment, rescheduling is available up to 48 hours prior to your scheduled session.
