INTERIOR DESIGN & PLANNING: 1. Design Proposal: 1.1. Explore conceptual ideas and inspirational imagery to convey the project's styling (look & feel). The design proposal will be submitted as a PDF within 1-2 weeks. 2. Off-site Team Briefing Meetings: 2.1. Conduct site meetings to gather information and assess client needs. 2.2. Organize sourcing/supplier meetings to explore material options. 2.3. Facilitate materials meetings to align selections with the project vision. 3. Design Drawings: 3.1. Finalize the concept and prepare necessary floor plans and working drawings in CAD format. These will be submitted as PDF files within 2-4 weeks. 4. FF&E Selection: 4.1. Select material finishes, fixtures/fittings, and appliances for client review and approval. This process typically takes 2-3 weeks. 5. 3D Modelling and 3D Renders (if required): 5.1. Build a 3D model of your project as needed to provide a more realistic view. Renders will be presented for review. 5.2. Produces high-quality, photorealistic images of 3D models to provide clients with a vivid portrayal of the finished design. 6. In-Office Design Administration and Documentation: 6.1. Develop comprehensive design plans based on client objectives. 6.2. Create detailed documentation and presentations to visualize design concepts. 6.3. Manage the selection process for all materials and finishes. 6.4. Handle administrative tasks for smooth project execution. CORE DESIGN ELEMENTS OFFERED: Spatial Planning Review for Optional Updates and improvements and Furniture Placement: • Details Spatial Planning Review - Areas of Concern or Requiring Attention. • Optimise furniture layouts to improve flow and usability well before the start of the build. Floor Finishes and Window Treatments: • Select and specify a variety of flooring options tailored to design and functionality together with the foresight to plan for what needs to be placed in the window review, something which needs to be attentive through the building process for a curtain recess or other. Wall Finishes and Textures: • Implement wall treatments and textures that add visual interest.
